The South Carolina Landing Pad Program is designed to assist growth-phase companies locating in the Palmetto State. The program provides temporary support, targeted resources and strategic connections to help your business validate the market, navigate the business environment and scale with confidence.

Through Landing Pad connections, businesses will navigate reputable and competitively priced services, including:

  • Lab, office or production space
  • Higher education partnerships
  • Funding opportunities
  • Business regulation assistance

Eligibility

To qualify for the South Carolina Landing Pad Program, companies must meet the following requirements:

  • Registered as a business in its home country for at least three years, in accordance with all applicable laws.
  • At least five full-time employees.
  • A minimum of $500,000 USD in annual recurring revenue.

How to Apply

The South Carolina Landing Pad Program accepts applications on a rolling basis. The company should prepare the following documentation for proof of eligibility:

  • Business registration documents that confirm the company is legally registered as a business in its home country for at least three years.
  • Company payroll documents that confirm the company has at least five full-time, or equivalent employees.
  • Audited finance reports and/or investment agreements that confirm at least $500,000 USD in annual recurring revenue.
