LaserForm & Machine, Inc. (LaserForm & Machine), a metal fabrication and machine shop, today announced plans to expand operations in Richland County. The company is investing $5 million and creating 51 new jobs.

LaserForm & Machine produces low- and high-volume quantities to meet customers’ needs. The company’s services include laser cutting, forming, turret punching, welding, machining and powder coating.

DC BLOX, a multi-tenant data center in the Southeast, today announced plans to expand its South Carolina presence with a new operation in Horry County. The company’s $31.5 million investment will create three new jobs.

Founded in 2014, DC BLOX connects businesses to any destination worldwide through its private network and global ecosystem of communications partners. The company’s software-defined network quickly provides connectivity to the cloud, partners and providers. 

Mumford Industries, Inc. (Mumford Industries), a post-industrial plastics recycling company and producer of Retrieve® sustainable film products, today announced plans to expand operations in Greenwood County. The company is investing $2 million and creating 33 new jobs.

 BID Group, a leader in the wood processing industry, today announced plans to expand operations in Dorchester County. The company’s $10.6 million investment will create 25 new jobs.

With locations throughout the United States and Canada, BID Group has more than 30 years of experience in the forestry sector, delivering a complete range of equipment, services and turnkey installations for the industry.

Palmetto Gourmet Foods, Inc. (Palmetto Gourmet Foods), a producer of innovative, sustainable ramen noodles, today announced plans to expand its operations in Saluda County. The company is continuing its growth by investing $11.6 million and creating 73 new jobs to add to the approximately 200 positions that it has already created.

Symrise Pet Food, a global leader in the pet food industry, today announced plans to expand operations in Greenwood County by building a new state-of-the-art facility. The company’s $65.5 million investment will create 65 new jobs.

Kelley Engineering, a premier designer and manufacturer of custom automation equipment, today announced plans to expand operations in Anderson County. The company’s $6 million investment will create 80 new jobs.

Founded in 2015, Kelley Engineering provides automation equipment, computer numerical control (CNC) machining and metal fabrication for a variety of industries across the Southeast including aerospace, automotive, injection molding, packaging, tires and much more.

Fuyao Glass America Inc., a venture of China-based Fuyao Glass Industry Group Co. Ltd. (Fuyao Group), today announced plans to expand its operations in Greenville County. The company’s $34.5 million investment will create 121 new jobs.

Sportsman Boats Manufacturing Inc., a family-owned and -operated maker of saltwater fishing boats, today announced plans to expand its operations in Dorchester County. The company’s $8 million investment will create 75 new jobs.

Daye North America, a subsidiary of Ningbo Daye Garden Machinery Company, today announced plans to expand operations in Charleston County. The $3.5 million investment will create 131 new jobs.

Founded in 2017, Daye North America is an industry leader in the development of innovative, high-quality and easy-to-use outdoor power equipment including gas-powered and battery-powered lawn mowers, string trimmers, blowers, chainsaws, hedge trimmers, lawn tractors and zero-turn radius riding mowers.
