Georgia-Pacific, one of the world’s leading makers of tissue, pulp, packaging and building products, today announced plans to expand operations in Clarendon County. The company is investing approximately $40 million into the project. 

Governor Henry McMaster and the S.C. Department of Commerce today announced that Greif, a global leader in industrial packaging products and services, is investing $13 million over the next five years to expand its Greenville County operations.

City Roots, a family-owned urban farm and agribusiness destination, today announced plans to expand operations in Richland County. The company’s $4.4 million investment will create 60 new jobs over the next five years.

Carolina Food Service, a full-service food distribution company, today announced plans to expand operations in Horry County. The company’s more than $3.7 million investment will create 71 new jobs.

Founded in 2009, Carolina Food Service is a privately owned food distributer that services food establishments in North and South Carolina. Specializing in the Hispanic and Latino restaurants market, the company produces meats, condiments, spices, disposable goods and more.

Governor Henry McMaster and the S.C. Department of Commerce today announced that Canfor Southern Pine (Canfor), a leading producer of sustainable wood products, is investing $25 million to modernize its Hampton County facility.

Nutramax Laboratories, an industry-leading manufacturer and marketer of nutritional supplement products for people and pets, today announced plans to expand operations in Lancaster County. The company’s $30 million investment will create ­­­­approximately 200 new jobs.

Golfbreaks by PGA TOUR (Golfbreaks), a leading, worldwide golf vacation specialist, today announced plans to expand operations in Charleston County. The company’s expansion will create 32 new jobs in the next two years.

Schattdecor, an international, family-owned décor printing company, today announced plans to expand operations in Lexington County. The company’s $21 million investment will create 23 new jobs over the next five years.

Sorinex Exercise Equipment, Inc., a family-owned strength training equipment company, today announced plans to expand operations in Lexington County. The company’s $7 million investment will create 35 new jobs.

Robert Thomas Iron Design, LLC, a modern blacksmithing company, today announced plans to expand operations in Charleston County. The company’s $2.9 million investment will create 45 new jobs over the next three years.
