COLUMBIA, S.C. - Stueken LLC, which provides precision deep draw and metal stamping components to the automotive, electronics and consumer goods markets, will expand its Fountain Inn location to address growing customer demand.  The $3.2 million investment will add at least 27 new positions in the near future. 

COLUMBIA, S.C. – The DRÄXLMAIER Group, one of the world’s top automotive suppliers, is expanding its existing manufacturing operations in Spartanburg County. The company is investing more than $35 million in the project, creating 94 new jobs in Duncan, S.C. over the next five years.

COLUMBIA, S.C. – Kirchner Konstruktionen GmbH (Kirchner), a German company that specializes in the planning, design, simulation and commissioning of equipment for the automotive sector, is establishing its first U.S. operations in Greenville County under the name Kirchner Design Inc. The company is investing more than $1 million in the project, creating 30 new jobs over the next five years.

COLUMBIA, S.C. – Honda of South Carolina Manufacturing, Inc., a company that specializes in the manufacturing of world-class all-terrain vehicles (ATVs) and side-by-side (SxS) vehicles, is expanding its existing Florence County operations, with the addition of two new product lines – the Pioneer 1000 and the Pioneer 1000-5. The company is investing $42 million to launch the new lines, resulting in the creation of 44 new jobs.

COLUMBIA, S.C. – ZF, a global supplier of driveline and chassis technology, as well as active and passive safety technology, is expanding its transmission manufacturing operations in Laurens County with the addition of new manufacturing and warehouse space. The company is investing $22.5 million in the expansion and creating 545 new jobs in Gray Court, S.C., over the next five years.

COLUMBIA, S.C. – KING Automation, an industrial automation engineering company, is expanding its Spartanburg County operations by relocating to a larger facility in Roebuck, S.C. The $4 million investment is expected to create 80 new jobs over the next five years.

COLUMBIA, S.C. – The South Carolina Department of Commerce, along with Chester County Economic Development, will be hosting a construction subcontractor outreach event for the Chester County Giti Tire plant construction project on Wednesday, July 29, 2015 from 4 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. in Richburg, S.C.

COLUMBIA, S.C. – US Building Innovations, Inc. (USBI), a company that specializes in the production of advanced coatings, is expanding its Upstate South Carolina operations with a new facility in Oconee County. The $1 million investment is expected to generate 31 new jobs in Seneca, S.C.

COLUMBIA, S.C. – October 11, 2011 – YH America South Carolina LLC, a manufacturer of automotive components, today announced that the company will expand its existing operation in Pickens County. COLUMBIA, S.C. – October 6, 2011 – Continental Tire the Americas (CTA) today announced plans to build a new tire manufacturing plant in Sumter County to meet growing demand from both the retail level and automotive manufacturers. The $500 million investment is expected to generate 1,700 new jobs in South Carolina over the next 10 years.
