COLUMBIA, S.C. - Due to increased demand for returnable packaging solutions, packIQ is expanding its existing operations in Anderson County. COLUMBIA, S.C. – December 9, 2013 – Ulbrich Precision Flat Wire, Inc., a division of Ulbrich Stainless Steels and Special Metals, Inc., announces a $5 million dollar investment for the expansion of their Westminster, S.C., operations. The state-of-the-art wire rolling facility produces precision flat and fine wire products, as well as, photovoltaic ribbon used in the manufacture of solar modules. BorgWarner Inc. expanding operations in Oconee County

COLUMBIA, S.C. – November 8, 2013 – South Carolina’s automotive industry continues to grow, with a more than $24.6 million investment announced today by a manufacturer of powertrain components and transfer cases. 

BorgWarner Inc., a global leader in powertrain technology, plans to invest $24.6 million to expand its existing manufacturing capabilities in Seneca in Oconee County. The expansion is expected to create approximately 105 new jobs.
