The $810 million investment will create 1,170 new jobs and will support the company’s multi-year partnership with the BMW Group.

Global Sales and Warehousing, a family-run original equipment golf bag manufacturer and distributor, today announced plans to establish operations in Orangeburg County. The company’s $4 million investment will help create 35 new jobs.

A sister company of Golf Sales West (GSW), Global Sales and Warehousing was originally launched to serve GSW’s original equipment golf bag manufacturing customers. Today, Global Sales and Warehousing also provides industry leading logistics services to supply companies all over the world.

Chick-fil-A Supply, a wholly owned subsidiary of Chick-fil-A, today announced plans to establish its newest distribution center in Lexington County. The company’s $80 million investment will create 165 new jobs.

Founded in 2020, Chick-fil-A Supply supplements Chick-fil-A’s distribution network and allows the company to maintain greater flexibility within its supply chain. Chick-fil-A Supply is an innovative distribution service provider focused on understanding and meeting the unique needs of Chick-fil-A restaurants.

Executive Personal Computers, Inc. (EPC, Inc.), a subsidiary of CSI Leasing, Inc., today announced plans to expand with new operations in Lexington County. The company’s $9.5 million investment will create 133 new jobs.

Ecoplexus, a leading global solar energy company, today announced plans to establish a new solar farm operation in Newberry County. The company is investing $89 million into the project.

EPC Power, a leading producer of utility-scale power conversion products, today announced plans to establish operations in Greenville County. The company’s $5 million investment will create 150 new jobs.

Visual Comfort & Co., the premier resource of signature designer lighting, architectural lighting and ceiling fans, announced plans to establish distribution operations in Spartanburg County. The project will result in a $62 million investment and create 125 new jobs over the next five years.

Motor City Racks, a supplier of automotive and industrial racking products, today announced plans to expand its South Carolina footprint with new operations in Laurens County. The company’s $26 million investment will create 88 new jobs.

Motor City Racks is a full-service manufacturer and supplier that provides custom automotive and agriculture packing solutions. The company also specializes in custom fabrication, design services and laser operations.

Arcadia Cold Storage & Logistics, a specialist in modern cold storage solutions, today announced plans to establish operations in Dorchester County. The more than $70 million investment will create 69 new jobs.

Niagara Pharmaceuticals, a manufacturer of eye health and safety products, today announced plans to establish its first United States operation in Cherokee County. The company’s $9 million investment will create 45 new jobs.

Based in Canada, Niagara Pharmaceuticals offers a variety of eye wash products including emergency wash, contact lens cleaner, self-contained eye wash station additive, and conditioner for portable wash units. The company’s brands are Health Saver and Pur-Wash.
