RX Industries, a precision, high-quality computer numerical control (CNC) machine shop, today announced plans to expand operations in Beaufort County. The company’s $9.08 million investment will create 13 new jobs.

Founded in 2020, RX Industries specializes in close-tolerance, multi-axis CNC machining and custom solutions for the medical devices, aerospace, defense, munitions and other industries.

 AVANTech, LLC, a wastewater and radioactive waste treatment solutions provider, today announced plans to expand operations in Richland County. The more than $3.6 million investment will create 17 new jobs.

Luxor Scientific, LLC (Luxor), a full-service clinical laboratory, today announced plans to expand operations in Greenville. The more than $3.2 million investment will create 54 new jobs.

Serving clients nationwide, Luxor is a laboratory that specializes in infectious disease, immunology, integrated oncology and genetics, chemistry and hematology research. The company is comprised of recognized experts in providing cutting-edge scientific solutions to better serve the health care community.

Shaw Industries Group, Inc. (Shaw), a leading global flooring provider, today announced plans to expand its operations in Aiken County. The approximately $400 million investment will create more than 300 new jobs at the manufacturing facility, which creates fiber used to manufacture residential carpet.

Arthrex, an orthopedic technology innovator, today announced plans to expand operations in Anderson County. The more than $100 million investment will create 500 new jobs. 

Founded in 1981, Arthrex is a global leader in orthopedic surgical device design, research, manufacturing and medical education. The company develops and releases more than 1,000 innovative products and surgical procedures each year to advance minimally invasive orthopedics worldwide. 

COLUMBIA, S.C. – Plastic Omnium, a leading automotive equipment provider, today announced plans to expand operations in Anderson County. The more than $17.7 million investment will create 76 new jobs.

COLUMBIA, S.C. – PreZero US, a recycling and waste solutions company, today announced plans to expand operations in Oconee County. The $11.5 million investment will create 32 new jobs.

With state-of-the-art recycling facilities, PreZero US provides end-market solutions to waste generators and collectors. The company’s facilities convert plastic and organic waste into valuable raw materials and commodities.

COLUMBIA, S.C. – Sea Pro Boats, LLC, a saltwater fishing boat manufacturer, today announced plans to expand operations in Newberry County. The $3.7 million investment will create 50 new jobs.

For more than 30 years, Sea Pro Boats, LLC has manufactured center console fishing boats. The company's expansion at 25214 Highway 121 in Whitmire will increase its operating capacity to meet growing demand.

COLUMBIA, S.C. – Glen Raven Inc., a high-performance textile manufacturer, today announced plans to expand operations for its custom fabrics division in Anderson County. The $70 million investment will create 135 new jobs.

COLUMBIA, S.C. – Argents Air Express, Ltd. (Argents), a full-service logistics solutions company, today announced plans to expand operations in Charleston County. The $400,000 investment will create 35 new jobs.

Founded in 1977, Argents provides a full suite of import, export and domestic freight services. The company’s fulfillment and distribution teams assist in shipping thousands of orders every day to both retailers and consumers.
