Symrise Pet Food, a global leader in the pet food industry, today announced plans to expand operations in Greenwood County by building a new state-of-the-art facility. The company’s $65.5 million investment will create 65 new jobs.

Kelley Engineering, a premier designer and manufacturer of custom automation equipment, today announced plans to expand operations in Anderson County. The company’s $6 million investment will create 80 new jobs.

Founded in 2015, Kelley Engineering provides automation equipment, computer numerical control (CNC) machining and metal fabrication for a variety of industries across the Southeast including aerospace, automotive, injection molding, packaging, tires and much more.

Fuyao Glass America Inc., a venture of China-based Fuyao Glass Industry Group Co. Ltd. (Fuyao Group), today announced plans to expand its operations in Greenville County. The company’s $34.5 million investment will create 121 new jobs.

Sportsman Boats Manufacturing Inc., a family-owned and -operated maker of saltwater fishing boats, today announced plans to expand its operations in Dorchester County. The company’s $8 million investment will create 75 new jobs.

Daye North America, a subsidiary of Ningbo Daye Garden Machinery Company, today announced plans to expand operations in Charleston County. The $3.5 million investment will create 131 new jobs.

Founded in 2017, Daye North America is an industry leader in the development of innovative, high-quality and easy-to-use outdoor power equipment including gas-powered and battery-powered lawn mowers, string trimmers, blowers, chainsaws, hedge trimmers, lawn tractors and zero-turn radius riding mowers. 

U.S. Strapping Company, Inc., a division of FROMM Group, today announced plans to expand its operations in Lancaster County. The company’s $34.6 million investment will create 63 new jobs.

Established in 1947 and headquartered in Switzerland, FROMM Group is a market-leading manufacturer with years of experience in the development, sales and service of a wide range of packaging products for securing and protecting transport loads around the world.

Thermo King®, the transport refrigeration brand of global climate innovator Trane Technologies (NYSE: TT), today announced plans to expand its operations in Greenville County.

Lollis Metals Fabrication Inc. (Lollis Metals), a metal fabrication and machine shop, today announced plans to expand operations in Anderson County. The company’s $2.8 million investment will create 10 new jobs.

Family-owned and -operated since 1979, Lollis Metals specializes in a wide variety of custom metal components including laser cutting, custom fabrication, robotic welding, forming and more. The company serves original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) throughout the mid-Southeast.

Governor Henry McMaster and the S.C. Department of Commerce today announced that Ingram Micro, a leading provider of global technology and supply chain services, plans to expand operations in Spartanburg County. The company is expected to invest more than $37 million in the new facility which is expected to create 203 new jobs.

BMW announced today that the company is expanding its Spartanburg County operations with the construction of a new press shop. The $200 million investment will create 200 new jobs.

The 219,000-square-foot press shop – located on the BMW Plant Spartanburg campus – will take raw coils of steel, cut them into blanks and stamp sheet metal parts for future BMW models. These components include hang-on parts such as the vehicles’ four doors, fenders, exterior body sides and lift gate.
