Progressive Packaging to open distribution center in Hampton County

COLUMBIA, S.C. – Progressive Packaging Inc., a full-service packaging solutions company based in Simpsonville, is opening a new distribution center in Hampton County to accommodate its growing consumer base. The $500,000 investment will create five new jobs in the area in the first 12 months of service.

The company manufactures and distributes corrugated boxes and other packaging materials at its Simpsonville facility. Progressive Packaging chose to expand in South Carolina due to its advantageous transportation system and connectivity, selecting Hampton County because of its close proximity to Interstate 95.
