COLUMBIA, S.C. – AAC East, LLC (AAC East), a producer of autoclaved aerated concrete (AAC), today announced it is expanding its Marlboro County operations. The company’s $6 million investment will create 25 new jobs.
AAC East produces and distributes AAC, a sustainable, lightweight and energy-efficient alternative to concrete, used in commercial and residential floor and wall systems. The company’s Bennettsville facility provides AAC blocks and panels to customers across the eastern U.S.

Founded in Charleston in 2017, the company’s Container Lifecycle Management platform combines supply chain visibility and execution software to help companies track and manage shipping containers from booking through empty return.

Commerce) today announced that Keurig Dr Pepper (KDP), a leading producer of hot and cold beverages, will continue the development of its state-of-the-art coffee roasting and manufacturing facility in Spartanburg County. The company plans to invest $100 million and create an estimated 250 new jobs by 2027, in addition to the $380 million previously invested and 155 jobs currently at this location.
