COLUMBIA, S.C. – Kimberly-Clark Corporation (Kimberly-Clark), a producer of personal care products, today announced it is expanding its operations in Aiken County. The company’s investment of over $200 million will create more than 150 new jobs. 

Founded in 1872, Kimberly-Clark's well-known brands, including Cottonelle, Huggies, Kleenex, Scott and more, are sold in over 175 countries. The company is headquartered in Texas and has more than 40,000 employees worldwide.

COLUMBIA, S.C. – Heidelberg Materials North America (Heidelberg Materials), a leading supplier of building materials, today announced it is growing its South Carolina footprint with a new aggregates distribution terminal in Colleton County. The company’s $7.3 million investment will create eight new jobs.

COLUMBIA, S.C. – TL+CO Business Solutions (TL+CO), a business solutions provider, today announced it selects Beaufort County to establish the company’s first South Carolina operation. The $7.5 million investment will create 35 new jobs. 

COLUMBIA, S.C. – Eastern Engineered Wood Products (Eastern), a wholesale distributor of engineered wood products, today announced it selects Anderson County to establish the company’s first South Carolina operation. The $18.7 million investment will create 31 new jobs. 

COLUMBIA, S.C. – Superior Wellness, a premium hot tub manufacturer and distributor, today announced it selects Orangeburg County to establish the company’s first U.S. operation. The company’s $11.3 million investment will create 35 new jobs. 

COLUMBIA, S.C. – Milo’s Tea Company (Milo’s Tea), a leading beverage company, today announced it is expanding its operations in Spartanburg County. The company’s $53 million investment will create 80 new jobs.

Headquartered in Alabama, Milo’s Tea is a family-owned company that crafts high-quality, freshly brewed tea and closest-to-homemade lemonade. Ground was broken on the Spartanburg County facility in March 2023. Once complete, it will house a brewing, bottling and distribution operation.

COLUMBIA, S.C. – Le Creuset, a global cookware, bakeware and kitchen tools brand, today announced it is expanding its operations in Hampton County. The company’s $30 million investment will create 30 new jobs.

COLUMBIA, S.C. – AAC East, LLC (AAC East), a producer of autoclaved aerated concrete (AAC), today announced it is expanding its Marlboro County operations. The company’s $6 million investment will create 25 new jobs.

AAC East produces and distributes AAC, a sustainable, lightweight and energy-efficient alternative to concrete, used in commercial and residential floor and wall systems. The company’s Bennettsville facility provides AAC blocks and panels to customers across the eastern U.S. 

COLUMBIA, S.C. – Maxwood Furniture, a manufacturer and distributer of solid wood furniture, today announced it is expanding its operations in Marion County. The company’s $6 million investment will create 43 new jobs.

Headquartered in Charleston County, Maxwood Furniture is a family-owned and -operated company that designs, manufactures and distributes solid wood furniture products. The company offers distinct product lines and custom furniture design for customers globally.
