Stomagienics, Inc. (Stomagienics), a company that provides innovative solutions for cancer survivors and others who have undergone ostomy surgery, today announced plans to expand operations in Greenville County. The company will create 30 new jobs over the next three years.

KIYATEC, Inc. today announced plans to expand operations in Greenville County. The $5 million investment will create 91 new jobs.

Belimed Life Science, Inc., a leading supplier of steam sterilizers and parts washers, today announced plans to establish operations in Charleston County. The more than $750,000 investment will create 22 new jobs.

Luxor Scientific, LLC (Luxor), a full-service clinical laboratory, today announced plans to expand operations in Greenville. The more than $3.2 million investment will create 54 new jobs.

Serving clients nationwide, Luxor is a laboratory that specializes in infectious disease, immunology, integrated oncology and genetics, chemistry and hematology research. The company is comprised of recognized experts in providing cutting-edge scientific solutions to better serve the health care community.

Arthrex, an orthopedic technology innovator, today announced plans to expand operations in Anderson County. The more than $100 million investment will create 500 new jobs. 

Founded in 1981, Arthrex is a global leader in orthopedic surgical device design, research, manufacturing and medical education. The company develops and releases more than 1,000 innovative products and surgical procedures each year to advance minimally invasive orthopedics worldwide. 

COLUMBIA, S.C. – Connect America, a nationally recognized innovator in digital health and connected care for seniors and vulnerable populations, today announced plans to establish operations in Greenville County. The company will create 71 new jobs.

COLUMBIA, S.C. – Nephron Pharmaceuticals Corporation (Nephron) today announced the opening of Nephron Nitrile, a plant that will produce American-made, medical-grade nitrile gloves.

The South Carolina Department of Commerce today released its 2020 industry recruitment results. In total, the state won 126 economic development projects, accounting for $4 billion in capital investment and 11,147 new jobs.
