The company’s $2.4 million capital investment is projected to create approximately 20 new jobs.

COLUMBIA, S.C. – Nephron Pharmaceuticals Corporation (Nephron), a manufacturer of sterile inhalation and 503B outsourcing medications, today announced a $12.5 million expansion to add 36,000 square feet of manufacturing space. The new investment is expected to create 125 new jobs.

COLUMBIA, S.C. – Bosch Group, a leading global supplier of technology and services, is expanding its existing Anderson County operations. To accommodate its continued growth, the company is bringing $152 million of additional capital investment and creating 130 new jobs.

COLUMBIA, S.C. – The Ritedose Corporation, a pharmaceutical products manufacturer, is once again expanding its Richland County operations with a $10 million investment.

COLUMBIA, S.C. – Teknoware, a Finland-based manufacturing firm, today announced plans to establish operations in Horry County. The company will hire approximately 45 employees and make a capital investment of $5.8 million over the next five years.

COLUMBIA, S.C. – Finalcontrol, Inc., a quality assurance provider for manufacturing companies, is locating new operations in Charleston County. The project is expected to create 34 new jobs over the next year.

Providing control services and quality assurance for manufacturing companies that need assistance validating processes, Finalcontrol offers inspection of small and large series, as well as initial samples and pre-production parts. The company supports customers in the automotive, electronic, ceramic, molded plastic and medical device industries.

COLUMBIA, S.C. – Blue Eye Soft Corporation is expanding its corporate operations into a new facility in Greenville County. Located in Greer, S.C., the company projects it will create more than 120 new jobs over the next two to four years.

COLUMBIA, S.C. – Prysmian Group, a world leader in the telecom cables and systems industry, today announced a planned expansion of the company’s North American headquarters in Lexington County. The expansion will exceed $15 million of capital investment and is projected to create 30 jobs over the next five years.

COLUMBIA, S.C. – Mission Solutions Group, a privately-held, Veteran-Owned Small Business (VOSB), is expanding its existing Charleston County operations. The firm is expected to invest $2.9 million and create 41 new jobs.

COLUMBIA, S.C. – Protego, a global manufacturer of tank and flammable vapor processing safety equipment, is expanding its South Carolina presence by establishing a new facility in North Charleston, S.C. The new development is projected to bring $3.7 million of capital investment and lead to the creation of 17 jobs.
