(Greenidge Generation), a vertically integrated cryptocurrency mining and power generation company committed to 100% carbon-neutral datacenter operations, today announced plans to develop a new cryptocurrency datacenter in Spartanburg County. The $264 million investment will create 40 new tech-sector jobs.

Kostwein, a high-tech machine manufacturer, today announced plans to establish operations in Greenville County. The $8.5 million investment will create 95 new jobs.

Founded in 1921 and headquartered in Austria, Kostwein produces machines, modules and high-tech components for all sectors of mechanical engineering.

Opening the company’s first U.S. facility at 500 Hartness Drive in Greenville, Kostwein’s new operation will increase the company’s manufacturing capabilities.

MycoWorks, a biotechnology company that specializes in mycelium-grown materials for use as sustainable, luxury-quality leather alternatives, today announced plans to establish operations in Union County. The company’s $107 million investment will create 400 new jobs.

Chief Buildings, a subsidiary of Chief Industries, Inc. and a premier metal building system manufacturer, today announced plans to establish operations in Lancaster County. The company’s $22.1 million investment will create 102 new jobs over the next five years.

Shamrock Technologies, Inc. (Shamrock), one of the world’s largest processors and developers of specialty natural and synthetic wax additives, today announced plans to establish operations in Laurens County. The company’s $19.4 million investment will create growth opportunities in emerging markets.

Innovative Construction Group (ICG), a subsidiary of PulteGroup, Inc., today announced plans to establish operations in Florence County. The $35.6 million investment will create 179 new jobs and is part of PulteGroup, Inc.’s ongoing expansion of its ICG platform.

GML Industries, LLC, a manufacturer of wire harnesses for various industries, today announced it is establishing operations in Spartanburg County. The company’s $966,000 investment will create 74 new jobs.

Belimed Life Science, Inc., a leading supplier of steam sterilizers and parts washers, today announced plans to establish operations in Charleston County. The more than $750,000 investment will create 22 new jobs.

Beyond Distilling Company, a craft spirit and distilling company, today announced plans to establish operations in Charleston County. The more than $767,000 investment will create 63 new jobs.

Founded in 2019 in Charleston, Beyond Distilling Company produces world-class spirits emphasizing both local and exotically sourced ingredients of the highest quality, reimagining classic recipes with a unique twist.

Transcom, a global customer experience specialist, today announced the company is establishing operations in Greenville County. Transcom will create 450 new jobs over the next five years.
