Earlier this year, the S.C. Secretary of State’s office unveiled a great new resource for businesses – an online platform for organizations to submit official business forms. Increasing efficiency, the new service allows South Carolina companies to file more than 150 official business forms digitally.
“This new application is part of South Carolina being prepared for a global economy where business is transacted around the clock,” said S.C. Secretary of State Mark Hammond. “This business-friendly solution will expedite the process of filing to create a new business or make changes to an existing business.”
