Next week, Don’t Waste Food S.C. – the state’s food waste reduction campaign – will celebrate its first anniversary with a full-day event in West Columbia, S.C.
Taking place at the Phillips Market Center on the campus of the S.C. Farmers Market, the 2017 Don’t Waste Food S.C. Summit will include panel discussions on the importance of preventing, donating and composting food waste, as well as a keynote address from Pat Taft with Food Lion’s corporate office.
