Family-run pillow manufacturer investing $2.1 million to expand
COLUMBIA, S.C. – Harris Pillow Supply, a family-run pillow manufacturer based out of Beaufort County, is expanding its existing operations. The expansion is projected to bring $2.1 million in new capital investment and create 22 new positions over the next five years.
Founded in 1958, Harris Pillow Supply is a family-owned manufacturer and provider of high-end pillows to a variety of customers. The company has grown to service more than 7,000 customers in every state, along with multiple international markets. Harris Pillow is also the only company in the industry to manufacture its own pillow renovating machine, the Pillow-Vac.
Currently located at 3026 Trask Parkway in Beaufort, S.C., the company will be relocating to a larger facility at 5 Parker Drive in early 2017.
