South Carolina Site development incentives
South Carolina offers incentives and funding resources that can help companies prepare sites, address infrastructure needs and reduce the cost of major development projects.
From infrastructure grants and redevelopment credits to negotiated property tax agreements and construction-related exemptions, these programs can help improve site readiness, lower project costs and strengthen the long-term economics of a location.
