Join Horne LLP for a Subcontractor Outreach event associated with housing rehabilitation for homes damaged during Hurricane Matthew in October 2016. Horne will be looking for subcontractors to help rehabilitate 1,350 homes in 24 South Carolina counties, with 800-1000 of those homes being in Marion and Horry Counties, South Carolina. The overall contract is for $52 million in construction work. Horne is very intersted in utilizing South Carolina subcontractors and suppliers. Horne will take this opportunity to share information on the projected schedule, current and upcoming bid packages, subcontractor/vendor pre-qualification forms and Housing Quality Standards (HQS).
