COLUMBIA, Caroline du Sud – Masonite International Corporation (Masonite) (NYSE : DOOR), l’un des principaux acteurs mondiaux dans la conception, la fabrication, la commercialisation et la distribution de portes intérieures et extérieures, a annoncé aujourd’hui son intention de s’implanter dans le comté de York. La nouvelle installation permettra de créer plus de 220 nouveaux emplois et desservira les clients de l’entreprise en Amérique du Nord.
Depuis 1925, Masonite propose à ses clients des produits innovants destinés aux marchés de la construction résidentielle et commerciale. Masonite dessert actuellement environ 7 600 clients dans 60 pays.
Située au 160 Steele Point Drive à Fort Mill, la nouvelle usine de Masonite fabriquera des portes destinées au marché résidentiel nord-américain. Cela permettra à l'entreprise de mieux servir ses clients grâce à l'augmentation de ses capacités.
