Kimura, Inc. expanding Greenville County operations

Logistics leader creating 25 new jobs in Piedmont, S.C.

COLUMBIA, S.C. - Kimura, Inc., a subsidiary of global logistics leader and innovator Kimura Unity in Japan, today announced plans to expand its existing Greenville County operations. The company's $4 million investment is projected to bring 25 new jobs to the area.

Kimura, Inc.'s mission is to provide cutting-edge logistics capabilities, superior customer service and rapid delivery to support manufacturing customers in a variety of industries, including automotive, pharmaceutical, consumer goods and more.

Located at 501 Matrix Parkway in Piedmont, S.C., the company will be expanding its operations by an additional 64,000 square feet along with 100 transport vehicle parking spaces. Hiring for the new positions is expected to begin in the second half of 2019.
