State Workforce Investment Board
The South Carolina Governor’s State Workforce Investment Board (SWIB) is charged with overseeing the state’s efforts to develop a skilled, high quality workforce to enable our citizens and businesses to succeed in today's global economy. The 30-member board is comprised of business owners, state government officials, educators and private citizens.
